Select Health — Virtual Visit Cost

Virtual visits for those enrolled in the High Deductible Health Plan will be covered at a $20 co-pay, after deductible. For those enrolled in the PPO plan, Virtual Visits will be covered at a $20 co-pay, not subject to deductible. You must use Select Health Connect Care providers for this copay to apply.

Anthem — Virtual Visit Cost

You must use Anthem Live Health providers for this co-pay to apply. You also can have a prescription sent directly to your local pharmacy, if appropriate.
